1. Heard.
2. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 23.08.2019 whereby she has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Ruabandha, District Durg to Sub Health Centre, Tarighat, Block Patan, District
Durg, on administrative grounds.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the only limited prayer is made before this Court that the petitioner is being treated as per the documents annexed with the petition and her transfer may be reconsidered and she may be posted in a nearby place so that she can continue her treatment and from the transferred place, she will have to travel more, which her health do not permit.
4. Perused the documents. Considering the medical documents, the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation in this regard before the respondent No.3 i.e. the Collector Durg within a period of three weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same taking into the medical documents of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
