1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order passed under Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Lok Parisar (Bedakhali) Adhiniyam, 1974.

2. At the outset, this Court is of not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the simple reason that under Section 9 of the said Act there is a remedy of appeal available. Given the fact that there is a statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition at this juncture is not maintainable and the same stands rejected, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other remedies permissible under the law.
