1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 4 to consider his claim for which he has already moved an application before the Respondent No. 4 for allotment of lease of fishing rights to the petitioner's society.
-22. The limited relief is not opposed by the State counsel.
3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed-off directing the Respondent No. 4 to take a decision on the claim application of the petitioner; so far as the petitioner's claim for allotment of lease of fishing rights in the pond under Nagar Panchayat: Pandariya. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, the Respondent No. 4 would be free to take a decision in accordance with guidelines/rules applicable.
4. Let appropriate decision be taken at the earliest, preferably within sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
