1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was suspended on 20.02.2014, however, for the period of suspension the petitioner has not been paid the legal dues/ amount and the benefits which ought to have accrued to him. It is contended that the petitioner has made an application to Secretary, Public Works Department (Respondent No. 1) the same may be decided within a stipulated period of time.

2. Considering the limited prayer made, prima facie it appears that the petitioner has made an application on 19.09.2019 to the Secretary, Public Works Department, PWD to redress his grievance, therefore, without any further observation on the merits Respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the

application of the petitioner for the claim made within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
