In order dated 29.11.2019 passed in WPS No. 4153 of 2018 whereby this Court has directed to carry out necessary amendment during the course of the day. Though the amendment was incorporated by the counsel for the petitioner on the same day i.e. on 29.11.2019 in the Court itself but the same has not been incorporated in the order passed on 29.11.2019 in WPS No. 4153 of 2018.

Accordingly, the amendment as carried out by the petitioner be incorporated in the order passed in WPS No. 4153 of 2018 on

29.11.2019. Consequently, Respondent No. 2 "the Municipal Corporation, Beergaon, through its Chief Municipal Officer" shall be deleted and be read as "Municipal Corporation, Beergaon through its Commissioner".

Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.
