1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the application which the petitioner had moved for amendment in the

Entry Tax Exemption Certificate to be issued by the respondents.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, his representation is pending consideration since long. One such representation is Annexure P-3 dated 12.06.2019 is also pending.

3. The limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed-off with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to take an appropriate decision on the application which the petitioner has filed seeking amendment to the Entry Tax Exemption Certificate at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
