Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 07.12.2019 issued by the respondent No.4- the Returning Officer for Nagar Panchayat Karaud under District Janjgir Champa.

Down the line, it has been informed that the election itself has been conducted and the results have also been notified. 3.

Given the facts that the elections are all over, this court is of the opinion that the writ petition in its present form would not be henceforth maintainable. The remedy available to the petitioner would now be that of preferring an Election Petition, if she is still aggrieved of the decision. 4.
