1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that he had moved an application before the Respondent No. 1 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Dabhara to Korba via Chhapora, Amlidih, Bhutha, Bhadora, Raveli, Pird, Hardidih, Kharjhiti, Mulidih, Bhotiya, Amapali, Lavsara, Deragaon, Baradwar, Champa and 1 return trip daily.

2. The said application was submitted on 14.08.2019 and the said application till date has not been decided. The petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 01 to take an early decision on the said application.

-23. The State Counsel submits that the said application shall be duly considered at the earliest.

In view of the said submission made by the State Counsel, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 01 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 14.08.2019 for grant of regular stage carriage permit at the earliest, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
