1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 16.05.2014 passed in WPC No.1009 of 2014.

2. Irrespective of the merits of the case, it is found that this contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court, which has been decided more than 51⁄2 years ago. Therefore, no contempt proceedings can be initiated at this stage. This contempt petition is accordingly closed.

3. This order, however, would not come in the way of the petitioner in challenging the action of the respondent, if any, has been taken in respect of the land of the petitioner, as may be available to him under the law. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Ravi
