1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 6297/2019, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 21.08.2019.
2. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons assigned, subject to the applicant's depositing an amount of Rs.1000/- as costs to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of 7 days, the WPS No. 6297/2019 would stand restored to its original number and the applicants are further directed to cure the defaults in the original writ petition within a further period of 7 days, failing which the order passed by this Court would lose its efficacy.
3. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands disposed of.
