This petition has been brought challenging the order dated 07.11.2019, by which the learned Court below has passed the order against the applicant for making payment of interim maintenance to the respondents.

After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the applicant makes submission that he does not want to pursue this revision petition instead he prays that the Court below be directed to dispose of the case against the applicant filed by the respondents within a time frame.

After considering on the submissions so made I feel inclined to dispose of this petition at motion stage. Accordingly, this petition is disposed off and the learned Court below is directed to finally dispose of the case concerned preferably within a period of three months from the date this order is communicated to the said Court.
