1. The grievance raised in this writ petition is that the petitioner who is working as Patwari in Tahsil Rajnandgaon vide impugned order dated 12.12.2019 has been transferred to Tahsil Manpur which is at a distance of 100 Kms., from the place where he is presently working.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of petitioner is working as teacher in High School Harduwa, block Rajnandgaon and as per the State Transfer Policy, as far as possible, the wife and husband are

to be kept at one place. Therefore the petitioner's transfer may be considered so that the family will not be disturbed.

3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer, the petitioner is directed to make a detailed representation before the Collector/respondent No.2 raising his all grievances within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days. Till the said representation is decided, the impugned transfer order so far as it relates to the petitioner shall will not be given effect to.
