1. The review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 30.09.2019 passed in WPS 7918/2019.

2. Counsel for the petitioner referred to Annexure P-4 which is an advertisement dated 12.06.2019 and wanted to compare the case of the petitioner at par with the notification that was issued on 12.06.2019.

3. This Court at this juncture, is of the view that the review petition would not be sustainable for the reason that there is no apparent error on the face of the record which has been brought in the review

petition. By way of a review petition the petitioner intends to have the entire writ petition itself reheard which otherwise is not permissible under the review jurisdiction by this Court. The grounds that the petitioner intends to raise in the review petition can be a ground for challenging the order passed by this Court which they have not done.

4. Under the circumstances, this Court does not find any strong case made out for entertaining the review petition and same stands rejected.
