1. Heard.

2. This petition has been brought only to pray for issuance of direction to the respondent No.2.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the respondent No.2 which is registered as Revenue Case No.105 B-121/2003-04 along with Revenue Case No.05/A6A/2017-18 and Revenue Case No.12/A6A/2014-15. It is submitted that the proceeding in the above mentioned cases is almost standstill and the appeal is pending since about 17 years, therefore, specific direction be issued to respondent No.2.

-24. Learned State counsel submits that appropriate order be passed.

After considering on the submissions and perusing the documents filed along with the petition and looking to the pendency of the cases pending before the Court of respondent No.2, there appears to be necessity for issuance of direction. Therefore, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

6. Respondent No.2 is directed to take up the proceeding in the case mentioned here-in-above and dispose off the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today.
