After arguing for some time learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also a direction to the trial Court for expediting the case.

Accordingly, this MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial against the applicant and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months after Courts are opened on completion of lockdown period.
