1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the revenue case pending before him/her i.e., Revenue Case No.2-A/70/2015-16 (presently Revenue Case No. 2-A/70/2018-19) at the earliest.

2. The State counsel does not have any objection, if an appropriate direction is given for deciding the same within a reasonable period.

-23. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking note of the fact that the matter is pending before the Respondent No. 4 since 2016. Let the Respondent No. 4 take a decision in the said case at the earliest, preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
