1. As against the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents are not submitting the account statements as ordered by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2017 passed in WPL No.211 of 2017, respondents have placed on record, the documents with regard to submission of various statements as directed by this Court.

2. This Court has gone through the documents and it appears to be broadly in

-2compliance of the order of the Court regarding submission of statements as directed earlier.
