1. Heard.

2. The petitioner in this case would submit pursuant to an arrest made under the criminal case and subsequent trial, the petitioner's services were terminated. It is further submitted that the petitioner was removed without any Departmental Enquiry on the basis of the conviction made under the criminal case, thereafter, he has been acquitted in the criminal case and

consequently he is entitled to be reinstated with all ancillary benefits. Several representations were made to clarify the actual status of the petitioner and his claim, however, the same is not adjudicated. Therefore, it is prayed that the respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time.

3. Considering the limited prayer made without further observation on the merits of the case, since only prayer is made to decide the representation of the petitioner. Respondent No. 2/ 3 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
