1. This appeal arises out of order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the learned Family Court, by which, the Court has passed an order with regard to aspect of the interim custody of the minors till the disposal of the appeal.

2. In view of the provision contained in Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, the order being interlocutory in nature, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. The appellant is at liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned after retaining photocopy of the same.
