1. The limited relief that the petitioners have sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.3 to take a decision on the application that the petitioners have filed seeking demarcation of his property situated at Khasra No. 685/1, Rakba 0.263 hectare situated in Tifra, Patwari Halka No.40, Tehsil and District Bilaspur.

2. The contention of the petitioners is that it is almost a year now that the application is pending and the authorities concerned have not taken any decision on the said.

3. The State counsel does not oppose to the request of petitioners for an early disposal of the said application.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the application for demarcation filed by the petitioners in respect of the aforementioned land at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
