1. Heard.

2. The instant MCC is filed for correction/modification of the order dated 15.11.2019 passed in WPS No.9307 of 2019.

3. It is contended that in the order dated 15.11.2019 the date of Annexure P-1 has been wrongly written as 15.11.2018 whereas it should have been written as 25.09.2019 and with respect to Annexure P-2 no prayer was made to quash

Annexure P-2. Therefore, it is prayed that the said part of the order wherein the date of Annexure P-1 & P-2 is wrongly written and the Annexure P-2 has been quashed, may kindly be corrected.

4. Perusal of the record shows that in the order dated 15.11.21019 passed in WPS No.9307 of 2019 the Annexure P-1 though has been set aside but it is actually dated 25.09.2019. Likewise no prayer has been made to quash the Annexure P-2, however, due to typographical mistake the same has been set aside. Considering the same it is directed that the date of Annexure P-1 in the order dated 15.11.2019 be read as 25.09.2019 and with respect to Annexure P-2 since no prayer was made, the said part of quashment of Annexure P-2 dated 29.11.2017 is deleted.
