1. The limited grievance that the petitioner at the outset makes is for disposal of the writ petition with an appropriate direction to the respondent no.1 to take an appropriate decision on the correspondence made by the respondent No.2 on 22.11.2019 Annexures P-8 & P-9.

2. To this limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, there is no objection by the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to take an early decision on the recommendation made by the respondent no.2 vide correspondence dated 22.11.2019 Annexures P-8 & P-9.
