1. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is working as A.N.M., and has been transferred from Sub-Health Center, Maroda, District Durg to SubHealth Center, Pondi, District Balod on administrative ground vide order dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P-1) which is under challenge in this petition.

2. Referring to Clause 5 of the impugned order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seniority and promotion aspect of the petitioner would have an adverse affect as the petitioner is working in Class III cadre post and where the seniority is maintained district-wise.

3. Given the aforesaid facts let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
