Mr. Vipin Tiwari, counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the order was supposed to be complied with within 3 months but the respondents have complied it at a belated stage. Be that as it may, considering the fact that counsel for the applicant accepts that compliance part has been done. Therefore no contempt as such would be made out.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. However right of the petitioner for raising any other issues led to be settled by the respondents by way of appropriate proceeding separately stands reserved.

With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
