Pursuant to this Court's order dated 10.02.2020, complainant Deonath Jaiswal is present before this Court in person and submits that bail may not be granted to the applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, liberty may be reserved with the applicant to renew his bail application after examination of the prosecutrix.
