1. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that applicant no. 1 has already been arrested, therefore, he does not want press the instant bail application with regard to applicant no. 1.
2. After arguing at length, learned Counsel with regard to applicant no. 2 submits that he wants to withdraw the instant bail application. However, he prays that in the event of filing of bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of applicant no. 2 before the Trial Court, the Trial Court may be directed to decide the said application in accordance with law as early as possible.
3. In view of the above submission, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. However, Trial Court is directed to decide the said application in accordance with law, as early as possible.
