1. The limited grievance and the relief that the petitioner has sought for at this stage in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction be given to the Respondent No. 3 to decide his representation that he made to the authorities for regularization of the infrastructure on the property situated at Raipur, land bearing Khasra No. 337/3, 338/1, 339/1 and 340/1 respectively at the earliest.

2. This limited relief of the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel and he has not objection.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stand disposed-off with a direction to the petitioner to make afresh application to the Respondent No. 3 within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order and the Respondent No. 3 in turn shall decide the said representation inaccordance-with law at the earliest, with in a period of sixty days thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
