1. The prayers are in following terms:
"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry into the irregularities committed in the sale of molasses at very low rates causing loss of revenue to co-operative society through state.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 6 to take action against officers
responsible for committing irregularities.
10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to maintain the tender list in their website, including availability of molasses and other products in their stock and allow submission of online tender as well as price bid for the products. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to maintain transparency in the issuance of tender.
10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to cancel the tender allotted pursuant to tender notice dated 15.10.2019 and sale order dated 01.11.2019 and to again invite fresh tender for sale of molasses by following due and reasonable process.
10.6 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly grant any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience."
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the matter without prejudice to rights and liberty to file a proper one, moulding the pleadings and prayers in an appropriate manner.
3. Permission granted.
4. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
