1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the representation which the petitioner has filed in respect of the electricity bills that were raised

and the disconnection of the electricity supply to the premises of the petitioner.

2. Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has, let the petitioner approach the Respondents 3 & 4 by way of a fresh representation and the Respondents 3 & 4 in turn shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law governing the field. Subject to the petitioner filing a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from today, the respondents 3 & 4 shall take a decision on the said representation within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
