1. Though a judgment and decree of divorce has been granted in favour of the appellant, this appeal has been preferred by the appellant raising ground that the Court below ought to have considered the aspect of cruelty also as one of the ground for decree of divorce.

2. From the perusal of the impugned judgment, we find that learned Court below has minutely scrutinized the evidence led by the parties as to whether the appellant was entitled to grant of decree of divorce on the ground of desertion which has been decided in affirmative and in favour of the appellant.
