This CRMP has been registered on a PUD/letter of request dated 612-2019 submitted by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg praying for further time for disposal of the Criminal case No. 36515/2018 pending in his court.

In the PUD, it has been submitted that 30 witnesses are yet to be examined, hence further time is prayed for disposal of the case. 3.

Earlier vide order dated 17-6-2019 passed in MCRC No. 2575/2019, 3 months time was given for disposal of the trial. Thereafter again vide order dated 25-9-2019 passed in CRMP No. 2150/2019, 3 months more time was granted to dispose of the trial.

Considering the fact that 30 witnesses are yet to be examined, prayer for extension of time is allowed. It is directed that now the criminal case be disposed of within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The CRMP is accordingly disposed of.
