1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as part-time teacher. Subsequently by order dated 08.10.2008 the petitioner was appointed on full time basis. It is contended that though the petitioner is rendering full-time job but he has not been regularised, therefore, an application was filed on 09.04.2018 addressed to the Secretary, Chhattisgarh School Education Department vide Annexure P-3. Learned counsel further refers to Annexure P-1 and submits that the application was further forwarded to the Director Public Instructions, through proper channel but the same is not being considered till date, therefore, the State may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization considering the past service rendered by him on full-time basis since 2008.

A perusal of the documents attached with the petition shows that in earlier round of ligation i.e., WPS No.655/2005 submission was made that the petitioner has been appointed on full time basis by order dated 08.10.2008 wherein the State was also represented and no objection was made to such submission. Subsequently the representation having been made, it was forwarded to the Director, Public Instructions. In view of such facts situation of the case, it is directed that the State Government may decide the regularization of the petitioner in terms of their internal communication dated 06.07.2018 (Annexure P-1) within an outer limit of six months. The petitioner shall also be entitled to give a fresh set of representation alongwith copy of Annexure P-1 to the respondent no.2 within a period of 3 weeks.
