1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has obtained

training of D.Ed on his own expenses, therefore, according to the law laid down, the petitioner is entitled for two advance increment in the salary, however, despite the fact that the petitioner stood retired he has not been granted such benefits. It is stated that the petitioner has made an application to Respondent No. 5 and the same though is pending has not been adjudicated.

3. Considering the facts, that the petitioner is claiming the benefit of two advance increment in the salary for the reason that he has obtained training of D.Ed on his own expenses. The petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh application to the Respondent No. 3 & 4 within a period of 2 weeks from today and therefore if such application is filed Respondent No. 3 & 4 shall decide the case of the petitioner about the entitlement of two increment in the salary after examination of records within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
