1. The instant petition is for the reason that the petitioner was working as
Assistant teacher and was appointed under the Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Bharti Tatha Seva Ke Sharte) Niyam, 2012 and she has completed more than 7 years of service, therefore, as per the rules of 2012, she should be considered for promotion as she has already entered into the consideration for zone of promotion by virtue of her entitlement of period of service rendered. The petitioner contends that she is working as Assistant Teacher which would be subject to verification of completion of her necessary service record. Considering the background of this case since it is the right of an employee to be considered for promotion and the petitioner has made representation ( Annexure P-3) to Respondent No. 7, it is directed that Respondent No.7 shall decide the same within a period of 90 days regarding entitlement of the petitioner for promotion for Teacher.
2. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the individuality for entitlement of promotion. It is only the consideration which is to be decided.
3. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
