Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 22/01/2020 After going through the order passed by this Court and various communications placed on record, it appears that though the petitioner has been found fit for regularisation vide order dated 27/03/2019 of the Divisional Forest Officer, Balod, Forest Division, Balod, the matter remained pending without issuance of formal orders for want of vacant post.

Communication made by the Divisional Forest Officer to the Chief Conservator of Forest reveals that the Divisional Forest Officer requested for sanction of supernumerary post towards passing of the order of regularisation in compliance of the order of the Court.

Once a direction has been issued by this Court and in compliance thereof, the petitioner has been found fit for regularisation, supernumerary post is required to be created to complete the process of regularisation and regularise the petitioner in compliance of the order of the Court.

It appears that as the order of creation of supernumerary post has not been passed, petitioner's services have not been regularised. 5.

This contempt petition was filed on 19/12/2019. If supernumerary post has not already been created, the authority competent to grant sanction of supernumerary post, is required to take expeditious steps. Within a month thereof, the order of regularisation will have to be issued by the competent authority. This contempt petition, at this stage, is disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
