1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner retired from service w.e.f. 31th of May, 2019. It is stated that more than 7 months have passed, till date the petitioner has not received any amount under pension and gratuity. The petitioner has even not been paid the anticipatory pension.

2. If the contention of the petitioner has to be accepted, the petitioner has not been paid even a single penny after his retirement.

3. Given the said grievance of the petitioner, let the respondents consider the grievance of the petitioner and ensure that the retiral dues payable to the petitioner is finalized at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today. If the petitioner is not paid the entire admissible retiral dues within 60 days period, the entire retiral dues would carry interest @ 12% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment. The said amount would be recoverable from the erring officers who do not process the case of the petitioner promptly. Needless to mention that the petitioner would complete the requisite formalities for releasing of the entire retiral dues.
