1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an M.C.C. or other petition before the learned Divison Bench by which the order dated 21.02.2019 was passed in F.A.M. No. 278/2018 to make a prayer for extension of time for fulfilling the condition imposed upon the petitioner. Therefore, this petition is disposed off on the basis of the request made and liberty is granted to the petitioner as prayed for.

2. The certified copy of the documents that have been filed with the petition be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
