3. This is second bail application of applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

4. Earlier, the first bail application of applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2019 passed in MCRC No.9899 of 2018.

5. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible.

6. As per information of counsel for the applicant only two witnesses are to be examined.

7. Accordingly, instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
