2. Having seen the evidence and particularly for the fact that the deceased has died homicidal death and the dead body was recovered from the respondent's house, we are inclined

CRMP No. 124 of 2020 to grant leave to appeal against acquittal.

3. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. deserves to be and is allowed.
