The instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the Respondents' Authority to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner for grant of full pension in light of the judgment passed in Writ Appeal No. 88/2019 (Mobin Khan v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) on 01/04/2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the same and submits that since the Petitioner is daily wager, therefore, he is not entitled to get full pension.

Considering the submissions put-forth by the parties, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents' Authority to consider the representation already filed by the Petitioner in light of the judgment mentioned here-in-above and pass an order in accordance with law.
