This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.98/2018, registered at Police Station Bagicha, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the IPC. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
