Heard on I.A. No. 01/2020, application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay in filing the petition. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 129 days in filing the petition is condoned.

Also heard on application filed under Order 41 Rule 19 of the Cr.P.C. for restoration of FA No. 212 of 2006 which was dismissed on 12.07.2019 for want of prosecution.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 212 of 2006. 5.

Accordingly, MCC No. 101 of 2020 is allowed. FA No. 212 of 2006 is restored to its original number.

A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 212 of 2006.
