1. The present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in WPT No. 129/2019.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had withdrawn the petition seeking liberty of this Court for filing a fresh duly constituted writ petition, however while the order being passed on 22.11.2019, the liberty part has not been reflected in the order and the review petition has been filed only seeking for the said liberty to be granted.
3. To the limited prayer that the petitioner makes in the review petition, the State counsel does not oppose.
4. Given the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner and also taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for review of the order dated 22.11.2019 has been made out.
5. Accordingly, the order dated 22.11.2019 stands recalled and it is ordered that WPT No. 129/2019 be listed for hearing. Registry is directed to get the matter listed during the course of the day itself.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present review petition stands allowed and disposed of.
