1. The present petition is for non-payment of the retiral dues of the gratuity and despite the order dated 16.09.2019 passed in WPS No.7306 of 2019, it is not complied.

2. The Court in the earlier order has directed that so far as the award of interest is concerned, it should be finalized within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the Collector. The said order was

placed before the Collector on 01.10.2019 by Annexure P-15, therefore, from 01.10.2019, four months have yet to pass. The petition at this stage is premature. Therefore, the same is dismissed. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Ashok
