The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner though was paid the gratuity of Rs.1,82,769/- by calculating his services from the year 1988 whereas he has worked from 1979. Therefore only prayer is made that as per the communication of the Forest Officer, Durg Range Annexure P-6 dated 30/09/2019 which is addressed to the Forest Officer, Rajnandgaon Forest Range, District Rajnandgaon his gratuity may be considered/calculated.

Considering the communication Annexure P-6 dated 30/09/2019 and the nature of job and the petitioner had already retired, it is written

that the petitioner has worked from 1979 to 1987 whereas his calculation of the gratuity has been made from 1988. The petitioner is given liberty to file a representation alongwith copy of the letter dated 30/09/2019 to the respondent No.3 within a period of three weeks from today. The respondent No.3 after examining the record may pass suitable order on the claim of the petitioner within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
