Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant wants to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that the trial Court may be directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicant before the said Court and filing of regular bail application on his behalf, the said Court shall decide the said bail application on the date of its filing. 2.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
Trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicant and filing of regular bail application on his behalf, the trial Court will decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.
