------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 02/01/2020 Heard.
1. This is 3rd application filed for grant of regular bail to the applicant. The first application was dismissed as withdrawn then second application filed has been decided on merits.
2. The only ground of which this application has been brought that the case is still pending before the Court of JMFC for commitment and also that the co-accused persons have been granted bail.
3. The case against the applicant has been discussed in the order dismissing the earlier bail application and, further, the delay in commitment can be dealt with by issuing appropriate direction, therefore, I do not find any reason to entertain this application, which is dismissed at motion stage. The concerned Court of Judicial Magistrate
Page No.2 First Class is directed to proceed for commitment of the case as early as possible within a period of one month.
