1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.552/2019 registered in Police Station Civil Line, District Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Although there are eye witnesses who have seen the applicant assaulting and dashing the deceased on C.C. Road, however applicant has been allowed interim bail on 10.8.2020 to take care of his six years old daughter who is suffering from mental illness.
4. On 17.08.2020, this Court summoned a report about mental illness of the applicant's daughter. Learned Additional Advocate General would read out the report which substantiates applicant's contention that his daughter needs proper care and attention.
5. Considering the report regarding mental illness of applicant's daughter and purely on humanitarian ground, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.
6. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
