After going through the orders and communication placed on record, it appears that the petitioner's grievance in the second round of the contempt petition
that despite order dated 26/07/2019 requiring the competent authority i.e. Divisional Forest Officer, Balod to reconsider petitioner's case for regularisation in appropriate manner as directed therein, no orders have been passed. 3.
Order dated 26/07/2019 requiring the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Balod to reconsider the case of the petitioner. The petition has been filed alleging that till the date of filing of the petition, the petitioner did not receive any information with regard to passing of order, if any, in compliance of order dated 26/07/2019 passed in Cont. No.572/2019. The Divisional Forest Officer, Balod shall communicate in writing to the petitioner, decision taken by him in compliance of order dated 26/07/2019 passed in Cont. No.572/2019 within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner, if eventuality so arises, may revive this petition.
