1. The petitioner who is working as Patwari has been transferred from Tahsil Bijapur to Tahsil Usur on administrative ground vide order dated 12.07.2019 which was subject of challenge before this Court in WPS No.5440 of 2019 wherein this Court on 27.04.2019 directed the petitioner to approach Grievance Reddressal Committee which has been constituted to hear the cases of transfer and accordingly the writ petition was permitted to be withdrawn.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that subsequently the petitioner has made an application before the Grievance Reddressal Committee on the ground that the wife of petitioner is working at Bijapur and if the transfer of the

petitioner is made to the other place, it would defeat the transfer policy wherein it purports that the husband and wife as far as practicable are kept at one place. Learned counsel refers to Annexure P-7 and P-8 and would submit that representation has been filed on 26.07.2019, however, the same has not been decided till date.

3. Taking into consideration the representations of the petitioner (Annexure P7 and P-8) filed before the Grievance Reddressal Committee and the earlier order passed by this Court on 24.07.2018, it is directed that the said representation shall be considered and decided within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
